We are requesting that family RSVP from April 2025 until June 4, 2025. Friends will be able to RSVP through July 25, 2025. If you miss these deadlines and still wish to come celebrate with us, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but will need to prioritize family RSVPs.

Please speak with the couple if you would like a plus one. The couple is prioritizing plus one's for family. If a plus one is not designated, the couple will not be able to accommodate your additional guest due to catering and venue restrictions.

For detailed hotel information, please visit the Travel page. As the ceremony will be held in Maynard, we suggest booking accommodations in Concord for August 14th, then checking out the morning of the wedding and relocating to one of the recommended Sturbridge hotels after the ceremony. We’ve scheduled roughly a 90 minute window to accommodate travel time and ensure everyone has ample time to settle in before the reception.

Transportation will not be provided however parking is available on site. Please plan accordingly and drive safely. Ubers are available in the area if you prefer not to drive.

Please ensure your attire is appropriate for the occasion—our wedding has a semi-formal dress code, so cocktail attire is encouraged. Both the church, where our ceremony will be held, and the reception venue have air conditioning, making it comfortable to dress up!
